The space
Newly refurbished in almost every sense, you will find a home designed from top to bottom with your comfort in mind. Every bathroom has been refinished with high-end plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and counters and each bedroom features plush mattresses and high-quality linens.
The kitchen offers new cabinets, quartz countertops, and appliances including a French-door refrigerator, GE range with five burner cooktop, two Fisher and Paykel dishwashers, new stainless Cuisinart cookware, and all the basics needed to prepare a delicious meal.
The downstairs is meant for recreation with a variety of games and toys for kids of all ages, a pool table that includes a ping-pong conversion top, a dartboard, and a game table with numerous board games. If you'd rather just chill, then curl up on the large sectional while watching a movie on the 75" Sony 4K smart TV. Of course, if your group can't settle on what to watch, there are 2 additional smart TVs upstairs.
With all of this, the outside is still the real star. Sitting on nearly an acre of well-landscaped grounds, you'll find a private and tranquil retreat. All year round, enjoy the stunning views of Mill Pond, a 150-acre stream-fed lake. Its no-wake restrictions and 9-foot average depth ensure a quiet, safe lake to play in. In the warmer month, start your day with coffee looking out over the lake from the deck on top of the pool house. Later, enjoy an afternoon swim in the heated in-ground pool complete with pool toys, lounge chairs, and pool towels. Late spring, summer, and early fall are the perfect times to explore Mill Pond using the two kayaks included in your rental.
